Load price vs balance price
Telenor lists two prices for many of its bundles. The balance price, Rs. 608, is what is deducted from your account. The load price, Rs. 700, is roughly how much you need to recharge to end up with that balance after tax on the recharge.
Is it good value?
Rs. 608 for 4,000 minutes is about 15 paisa a minute to any network, which is hard to beat for people who call across networks every day. Pair it with a small data or WhatsApp bundle if you also need internet.
Recent changes
Telenor closed several older monthly offers on 24 October 2026 as it moves its range closer to Ufone. Monthly Call Ultimate was still listed with a working code at the time of checking.
